Employee Assistance

Catholic Social Services, due to the agencies resources and network of services can provide area companies with an Employee Assistance Program specifically tailored to meet the various needs of employers and employees working in the region. These programs can be designed to help employees or their family members solve a variety of problems that can include: job performance difficulties, marital problems, parent-child concerns, family problems, emotional difficulties or any other concern.
