Case Management for HIV/AIDS

Learning of a critical illness, of any kind, can be devastating. An individual may be initially filled with denial and then move on to the hopelessness of shattered dreams for the future. If the diagnosis is HIV or AIDS, there are services available to assist in a broad scope of daily living experiences. CSS staff has extensive knowledge and continuously keep current on the illness. Case Management Services available in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Susquehanna, Pike, Wayne and Wyoming Counties.

HIV/AIDS Support Groups

These are groups sponsored through donations and the United Way. These groups are available to clients, families and friends of individuals infected by the virus. The purpose of these groups is to provide support and understanding to help individuals cope with this condition.
